These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products marketed by the company PARISI CALZATURE of TRAPANI in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions between the Seller and the Customer will be governed by the following General Conditions.

Registration

Users who intend to purchase on www.parisicalzature.it and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares that he has read the privacy policy, and that the personal data entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.

Acceptance of the conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between the company www.parisicalzature.it and the Customer must be considered concluded, even if only in part of the order, by PARISI CALZATURE. This acceptance is understood to be understood, after being communicated, in any way, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.

Product availability and order fulfillment

The electronic commerce system adopted on the website www.parisicalzature.it is designed to guarantee maximum transparency to the Customer, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in the warehouse and related delivery times.

However, it must be considered that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case, we will take care to appropriately notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who at that point will be able to decide freely whether or not to cancel the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

reserves the right to process even only partially the orders received based on the availability of the products in the warehouse.

It should also be remembered that the images and information contained in the product data sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the article, although we show great care and attention in this too.

Orders

Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication via e-mail (e-mail) confirming the order, with an indication of the relative order number. In the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be understood as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage.

It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent by e-mail to calzatureparisi@gmail.com

For orders that have already been processed, the customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.

Sales prices

All sales prices displayed on the website www.parisicalzature.it are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are charged to the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of a discrepancy in prices following the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or e-mail who, without any penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken.

Delivery methods and times

Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 3/5 working days (with some exceptions) following the order fulfillment throughout Italy. Transport costs are charged to the customer, clearly visible at the time the order is placed. For uninsured goods, PARISI CALZATURE assumes no responsibility regarding the loss, tampering or breakage of the purchased product/s and any delays in delivery by the shipping companies. Complaints and returns

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately check their condition and conformity. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication within 14 calendar days of receipt of the purchased product where the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed. This communication must be sent by e-mail to calzatureparisi@gmail.com. The costs for returning the product are free; We will schedule any collection with our affiliated carrier. The consumer will then only have to pack the product (if possible in the original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packed) and everything originally contained.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relations with Consumers, pursuant to art. 66-bis Legislative Decree 206/2005, on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the territorial jurisdiction is without fail attributed to the Court of residence (or domicile) of the Consumer.
