1. Order fulfillment times

Orders are processed within two business days of receipt. Once the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation email has been received, the orders will be processed. The delivery times of the goods may vary according to the product chosen, however never before 2 (two) working days. Processing may be delayed during holidays. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. PARISI CALZATURE is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 (seven) days starting from the day following that in which the Customer has issued the order to PARISI CALZATURE.

The day of delivery will depend on the place of destination and the availability of the goods ordered. Deliveries are not made on holidays and days before holidays.

2. Method of delivery

Deliveries of the products are made to the address indicated by the Customer in the purchase procedure through the carrier throughout the Italian territory. The carrier assumes full responsibility for transport, from taking charge of the supplier to delivery to the address indicated. PARISI CALZATURE assumes no responsibility for any damage or irregular behavior by the carrier.

It is possible to choose the most convenient place as the shipping address: your residence, office or another person's address. For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the recipient's address indicated in the order.

No responsibility can be attributed to PARISI CALZATURE in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

- that the packaging is intact, neither damaged nor wet, or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials;

- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.

Any damage to the product or to the packaging or the non-correspondence of the indications must be immediately reported to the courier by putting a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

If any product presented on the portal is no longer available or on sale at the time of conclusion of the purchase transaction, PARISI CALZATURE will communicate the inconvenience within 2 (two) days starting from the day following that of the transmission. If the Customer has already paid for the order, PARISI CALZATURE will refund the full amount as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 5 (five) days from receipt of the purchase order. For security reasons, no deliveries will be made to post office boxes and the order will therefore not be processed.

3. Methods of payment

For each order placed, PARISI CALZATURE issues a sales document for the material shipped. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order is valid. The Customer may request a copy of the invoice or tax receipt within three months of its issue.

All prices on the site are to be understood as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Prices may vary without prior notice and the only correct price is to be understood as the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.

In cases of purchase of goods with "credit card" payment methods, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.

Upon request, an invoice can be issued for the goods sent to the holder of the order, pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000 and of the Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid. No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

The shipment of the goods takes place only after the acceptance of the order and the receipt of the credit.

In the event of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer (for the reasons set out in point 4B below) and in the event of non-acceptance of the same by the seller for reasons not attributable to his will, the same will be canceled and the release of the committed amount (the release times depend exclusively on the banking system). Once the transaction has been canceled, the seller cannot be held responsible for any damages deriving from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.

Transaction security is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and by direct, protected and certified connections.

4. Withdrawal & legal guarantee

A. Legal Guarantee

The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee that covers manufacturing defects.

The legal guarantee cannot be enforced by those who have purchased the products as part of their business or professional activity, indicating their VAT number.

The legal guarantee entitles you to ask PARISI CALZATURE for the replacement of the goods, free of charge, provided that the requested solution is not impossible or excessively expensive, considering: the extent of any defect, the value of the product free from defects and the eventuality that the alternative can be implemented avoiding significant inconvenience to the Customer;

in the event that the repair or replacement proves impossible, excessively expensive or is delayed or involves significant inconvenience for the Customer and is not effective in solving the problem, the Customer has the right to request a reduction in the price. In determining the amount of the reduction, the use of the asset must be taken into account. In any case, for minor defects for which it was not possible to proceed with the replacement of the product, it will not be possible to proceed with the termination of the contract.

The seller replaces the product within a maximum of 30 days from delivery.

In order to enforce the guarantee, the Customer must by law:

- keep and show the purchase receipt;

- report the defect within seven days of its discovery;

B. Right of withdrawal

In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order and the person who paid the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in the event of withdrawal, will be towards the person who made the the payment.

The online customer who acts as a consumer is given the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by articles 64 – 67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.

It should be noted that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. for those private consumers who act for purposes unrelated to their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons who act, with reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

Pursuant to and within the limits of art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right, within 14 working days of receiving the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting in the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need to specify the reason.

This right applies to all products purchased online on this site.

The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the seller.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, for example due to the absence of integral elements of the product or if the product has been damaged for reasons other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not previously reported.

Without limiting the right of withdrawal, upon delivery of the product, the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport, must refuse delivery or accept it with express reserve.

Each collection of intact packages must be made by the customer by adding the wording "INTACT PACKAGE, WITHDRAWAL SUBJECT TO CHECKING THE CONTENT" on the appropriate accompanying document (art. 1698 of the Civil Code). Any anomaly must then be communicated within eight days.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication via email, calzatureparisi@gmail.com, within 14 working days of receipt of the purchased product. in which the will to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed.

Important notes

The product must be returned intact and complete with all its parts and accessories, including any guarantees. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be canceled at the same time. Except as provided below for the case of partial withdrawal, PARISI CALZATURE will refund, within 5 days from the moment in which PARISI CALZATURE became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the entire amount of the purchase, through the reversal on the credit card or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer.

If the withdrawal is partial (i.e. it concerns only a part of the products delivered with a single delivery), the reimbursement of the shipping costs incurred by the consumer for the delivery of the products at the time of purchase is excluded.

Order Cancellation Request

The purchase order can be canceled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still being prepared and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been collected; If at the time of the request for cancellation of the purchase order the product has already been entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been collected, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal.

To this end, it is necessary to follow the procedures indicated above for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Each User is prohibited, whether for himself or on behalf of someone:

- use the PARISI CALZATURE website for illegal, illicit or unauthorized purposes or which may infringe any third party right, including industrial/intellectual property rights, privacy rights, etc.;

- impersonate the identities of others, hide their identity or directly or indirectly provide false information;

- carry out propaganda, sponsorship, advertising activities through the Portal or activities that have commercial purposes, even indirectly, of a professional nature;

- copy, modify, alter in any way any section of the PARISI CALZATURE website; cause harm to third parties or other Users.
